Project Manager – Fully Integrated Industrial Builder

Connexus are currently engaged on a strategic search for a Project Manager to join a nationally recognised industrial builder delivering complex D&C projects valued between $50M and $400M+, in partnership with some of Australia’s most prominent property developers.

This is an opportunity to lead high value projects in a business that combines Tier 1 delivery expertise with the agility of a privately owned group.

Your Background

• Proven experience leading D&C industrial or commercial projects over $40M+
• Confidence managing procurement, design coordination, and complex stakeholder interfaces
• Strong leadership style, capable of motivating multidisciplinary teams and delivering to program
• Ambition to grow within a team that recognises and rewards performance

Applicants must hold tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, and possess relevant industry experience including time spent overseeing personnel on complex design and construct projects.
