As Contract Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting project delivery across procurement, financial control, and commercial management. This is a chance to join a business that’s committed to growth and to your career progression.
You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager while liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, transparently, and to budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor and supplier procurement, contracts, and variations
- Prepare and review scopes, trade packages, and tender submissions
- Assist with forecasting, budget management, and cost reporting
- Monitor project financials and cashflow, ensuring accurate documentation
- Collaborate with project teams on design, delivery, and client reporting
- Ensure compliance with company systems (ProcurePro, Salesforce, Aconex)
- Support senior leadership with project administration and client liaison
What You Bring
- 2+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator (industrial or commercial projects preferred)
- Strong knowledge of procurement, contracts, and construction financials
- Experience using contract management software (Procore/ProcurePro/Aconex desirable)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail with a commercial mindset
- A collaborative, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and progress
