Key Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of $10–$20m new builds in government and education sectors.
• Drive program, cost, and quality outcomes, with full authority across trades.
• Engage consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure compliance and collaboration.
• Lead reporting, risk management, and contractual obligations from start to handover.

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading $10m+ civic or education new builds as #1 PM.
• Strong client references and evidence of tenure across multiple project cycles.
• Commercial acumen to manage budgets, risk, and compliance.
• Confidence working within ISO/OFSC frameworks and live public environments.
