Role Overview

  • Attending reactive callouts to diagnose and repair vending machines
  • Servicing, maintenance and component replacement across machines
  • Installation and setup of vending and refreshment equipment
  • Working towards KPI targets such as response times and first‑time fix rates
  • Completing accurate job records 
  • Managing van stock and ensuring required parts are ordered
  • Providing professional communication with customers on site

What We’re Looking For

  • Direct vending machine engineering experience — essential
  • Strong mechanical, electrical and fault‑finding skills
  • KPI‑driven individual with a strong work ethic
  • Confident communicator with good customer‑facing skills
  • Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
  • Hard‑working, reliable and able to work independently

Work Location

Field‑based role covering the Oxford region, supporting customers across a range of commercial environments. Travel is managed within your patch and paid door‑to‑door.
