This is a purpose-built centre licensed for 100 children, committed to delivering top-notch education and nurturing a strong sense of community. My client is looking for a vibrant leader with robust curriculum expertise, a team-oriented approach, and a passion for cultivating a positive and thriving team culture. We’re searching for a dynamic leader with a strong background in curriculum development, a coaching-based leadership style, and a solid grasp of centre financials. You’ll play a pivotal role in the centre’s success, working alongside a dedicated team and reporting to an Area Manager. Your passion for delivering exceptional learning outcomes, building strong relationships, and driving team excellence will shine in this role.

This is a permanent, full-time position – 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Bring:

  • BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and current Teaching Certification
  • In-depth understanding of child-led curriculum and pedagogical leadership
  • Up-to-date knowledge of ECE regulations and Te Whāriki
  • A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in everyday practice
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and grow your team’s potential
  • Innovative thinking and a love for simplifying and improving systems
