About the opportunity

HR Generalist will work in partnership with HR Business Partners for a business unit within the organisation. Provide operational support to employees, managing employees through their employment life cycle experience.

Duties

• Support hiring manages with information and guidance on processes
• Work with the leadership team to implement various generalist activities
• Assist with enquiries and follow up

Skills and Experience

• An HR Degree and a minimum of 3 years experience 
• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry would be preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to hit the ground running and use initiative
• Strong overall computer skills
