The Opportunity
We are supporting a PAS 2035 retrofit contractor delivering across London, Essex and Kent to recruit a Retrofit Administrator.
You will support the administration and compliance of retrofit projects by managing project documentation for individual properties, maintaining trackers and audit trails, and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
You will work closely with assessors, installers and site teams, following up on missing information and preparing reports and compliance packs for internal teams and funding bodies.
This role would suit an organised administrator or document controller with strong attention to detail and experience working with project documentation.

- Working arrangement: Office based
- Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on experience
- Experience in administration or document control is required
- Construction, energy efficiency or housing experience would be beneficial
- Knowledge of PAS 2035 or retrofit compliance is helpful but not essential
- 20 days' holiday plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project documents for each property.
- Check documentation is accurate, up to date and compliant with PAS 2035 and relevant funding requirements.
- Chase assessors, installers and site teams for missing documentation and information.
- Prepare registers, reports and compliance packs for internal teams and funding bodies.
- Maintain project trackers and audit trails.
- Ensure project information is organised and readily accessible.
- Work to deadlines and follow up with relevant stakeholders to obtain outstanding information.
- Support the wider project team with accurate and timely administration.
Essential Requirements
- Previous administration or document control experience.
- Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Confident communicating with and chasing stakeholders for information.
- Reliable and methodical approach to work.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience within construction, retrofit, energy efficiency or housing.
- Knowledge of PAS 2035.
- Experience with retrofit compliance or funding requirements.
- Experience maintaining project trackers, registers or audit trails.
- Previous document control experience.
