We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Apprentice Drylining Labourer to join a construction team working on-site in Walthamstow.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the construction and drylining industry. You will work alongside experienced tradespeople, gaining practical experience while developing your skills on live construction projects.
No extensive previous experience is required, but you must have a strong interest in construction, a good attitude to work and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Assist experienced dryliners with day-to-day construction activities

Help prepare work areas and materials for drylining works

Load, unload and move plasterboard, insulation and other materials safely

Assist with measuring, cutting and positioning materials under supervision

Help with the installation of plasterboard and drylining systems as your skills develop

Keep work areas clean, organised and free from hazards

Use hand tools safely and correctly following training

Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced tradespeople

Attend site inductions, toolbox talks and training sessions

Follow RAMS, PPE requirements and all site health and safety procedures

Assist other members of the construction team where required

Take responsibility for learning and developing your construction skills
