We are recruiting an experienced Retrofit Document Controller to support the delivery of retrofit projects.
This role is suited to someone with previous retrofit experience who has strong administration, document management and compliance skills. You will work closely with project and retrofit teams to ensure documentation is accurate, complete and maintained in line with project and PAS requirements.
The Role
As a Retrofit Document Controller, you will manage and maintain project documentation across retrofit programmes. You will ensure information is accurately recorded, uploaded and available for compliance, reporting and audit purposes.
The role is based at the Trafford Park office 4 days per week, with 1 day working from home.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain retrofit project documentation from start to completion.

Upload, organise and maintain documentation within PAS Hub.

Ensure project records and evidence are complete and accurately maintained.

Review documentation for accuracy, completeness and compliance.

Liaise with Retrofit Assessors, Coordinators, installers and project teams to obtain outstanding information.

Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.

Support the preparation of documentation for audits and compliance checks.

Track outstanding documentation and follow up with relevant teams.

Produce reports and provide updates on document progress.

Ensure project documentation is completed within required timescales.

Support the wider project team with general administration and document management.
Essential Requirements

Previous experience within the retrofit sector or social housing is essential.

Practical understanding of retrofit processes and documentation.

Experience using PAS Hub.

Good understanding of PAS 2035 and retrofit compliance requirements.

Strong Microsoft Excel and general IT skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects, records and deadlines.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams.

Ability to work from the Trafford Park office 4 days per week.
Desirable Requirements

Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification or previous DEA experience.

Retrofit Assessor qualification or background.

Around 2 years' experience within the retrofit sector.

Previous experience in retrofit compliance, document control or project administration.

Experience working on SHDF or other funded energy efficiency programmes.
