Our client is a highly established and leading digital solutions company with a ubiquitous presence. There is now a rare opportunity to join the HR team as an Employer Branding & Employee Engagement Specialist (HR).

Responsibilities
 
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will develop a strategic roadmap for employer branding, internal communications, and employee engagement, aligned with company goals. As the brand ambassador, you will plan and execute strategies to make the company an employer of choice. Utilizing social media, particularly LinkedIn, you will enhance the company's employer brand and engage with employees. Additionally, you will lead internal communications efforts to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all channels and conduct regular assessments to improve strategies.

Requirements:

You are degree qualified in HR/Marketing with at least 6 years’ experience in employer branding, employee engagement, or internal communications roles, with a proven track record of developing successful employer branding initiatives. You have extensive experience in social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, for employer branding and engagement. Additionally, you have experience in developing communication roadmaps to support HR initiatives. You have great communication skills, strong business partnering abilities, and a strategic yet hands-on approach. You also have high EQ, analytical thinking, and drive.
