About the Client
A contractor with offices in Netherlands & the UK who specialise in delivering fast, flexible and efficient modular projects across site accommodation, residential, health and commercial sectors.
About the Role
You will join the UK business as an Estimator and work out of their HQ in Swansea. You will work alongside the UK Manager and will ideally have a clear understanding of both modular and traditional construction. You will be a strong communicator with clients, contractors and colleagues, and will be responsible for liaising with Head Office in the Netherlands.
What You Need to Succeed
5 + years experience as an Estimator
Experience in Modular & Traditional Construction
Strong communication skills
A basic grasp of the Dutch language would be beneficial, but is not essential.
