Project Manager

£400 - £450/day

The Role:

• Leading the delivery of a major new build multi-room development (e.g., student accommodation, hotel, or build-to-rent) from the ground up to final handover.

• Taking full operational responsibility for the site, ensuring health, safety, and quality standards are strictly maintained.

• Managing the construction program, coordinating subcontractors, and driving site progress to meet critical deadlines.

• Liaising closely with commercial, design, and client teams to ensure a smooth and profitable project delivery.

The Requirements:

• Proven track record as a No.1 Project Manager delivering large-scale, new build multi-room schemes for a main contractor.

• Solid experience managing projects from initial groundworks through to fit-out and completion.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large site teams and complex subcontractor packages.

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black card preferred), and First Aid certifications.
