FM Data Transformation Lead

Contract | Hybrid - in Stevenage, Bristol or Bolton | £70 per hour Inside IR35

We are looking for an experienced FM Data Transformation Lead to lead a major data and reporting transformation programme within a large Facilities Management function.
This role will focus on bringing together multiple data sources, reports and KPIs into a single, trusted reporting framework. You'll work closely with FM leadership, operational teams and technical stakeholders to improve data quality, standardise reporting and drive better decision-making across the business.

What you'll be doing

• Leading a business-critical FM data and reporting transformation programme
• Reviewing and rationalising existing reports, dashboards and KPIs
• Establishing data governance, ownership and data quality standards
• Defining KPI frameworks and performance reporting standards
• Working with technical teams to improve data flows, integrations and reporting capability
• Delivering Power BI dashboards and management reporting solutions
• Facilitating workshops with stakeholders across FM, Property and Estates functions
• Managing UAT, business adoption and transition into BAU

What we're looking for

• Proven experience leading data, reporting or BI transformation programmes
• Strong Power BI, reporting and analytics background
• Experience of data governance, data quality and KPI standardisation
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical reporting solutions
