Lead Developer | Step Up into Leadership | Hybrid – Eastern Suburbs

Are you a senior developer ready for your next big challenge? This is your chance to move into a leadership role while still staying close to the code. We are looking for a Lead Developer to take ownership of our applications and integrations, work across exciting enterprise-scale projects, and influence the technical direction of the business.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the design and development of modern, high-performing applications and integrations

• Continue coding while mentoring and guiding other developers

• Work with tools like Boomi, MuleSoft, or Azure alongside Java, C#, and cloud platforms

• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver on key projects

• Shape and own the technical roadmap to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and future-ready

What you bring:

• 5+ years in software development with strong application architecture experience

• Skills across Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, MS PowerApps, React, or similar stacks

• Experience with microservices, API management, integration frameworks, and cloud platforms

• Familiarity with enterprise-scale development and modernisation projects

• Hands-on MuleSoft experience (designing, developing, managing integrations)

• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies

• Understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS models and cloud-native architecture

• Strong communication skills and an appetite for stepping into leadership
