Castle Business Support are currently looking for a team of Customer Service Advisors for a well established company in the Driffield area, if you have excellent customer service experience, IT Literate or have previous call centre we would like to hear from you. We are looking for candidates who are available for immediate start ideally with your own transport however public transport is available.

Job Role:
- To answer incoming calls
- Process Orders into the Company bespoke Ordering System
- Up Selling of Products
- Answering product enquiries
- Follow instruction from Team Leaders.
The Benefits:
- Temporary to permanent opportunity
- Full time hours – 37.5 per week over 7 days (5 x 7.5hrs). Shifts can range between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday 8-5pm Saturday or 9-5pm Sunday.
