Sales Administrator (RL9839) Pickering, England

Salary: GBP9.2 - GBP9.2 per annum

Come and join an administrative team with a well-establish manufacturing client based in the Pickering area with benefits such as Monday-Friday office working hours, no weekends and free car parking on site. The successful candidate will ideally of worked within Sales Administration, Sales or Customer Services.

Job Role:

  • To be organised and process orders via email or phone utilising the Sales Order Processing system
  • To serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries while maintaining good customer relations
  • Close attention to detail, check data accuracy in orders and invoices. Contact clients to obtain missing information
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers
  • Maintain and update customer records via internal CRM and other systems
  • Contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Provide support to UK and Export sales representatives
  • To provide after-sales support to customers
