Castle Business Support are currently recruiting for a Client Deal Negotiator to join a local property management firm on a 6 month fixed term contract. This role is to agree with clients the properties that we have identified will meet the investment criteria and get a property purchase agreed.
The role:
- Valuing properties and calculating refurbishment budgets
- Create and present the deal to our clients in brochure form
- Explain to our investment clients why the chosen properties match our investment criteria and are great investments for their future (they have already bought the service so just ensuring they happy with that property)
- Get property purchases agreed and then communicate with all parties so that purchase can take place
The Benefits:
- £17-20k per annum, depending on experience
- Working Hours are 40 hours per week (9-5:30pm Monday to Friday
