Castle Business Support are looking for an Assistant Manager to join a well established Retailer in the Hornsea area. You will assist and work with the Area Manager working 25 hours a week over 7 days, this will require weekend and twilight shift work.
To be considered for the role you must have previous managerial experience within the Retail sector, have excellent attention to detail and have managed a team of 10-15 people.

Reporting to the Area Manager you will be responsible for sales figures, stocks, merchandising, staffing and staff relations, customer satisfaction, equipment, operating costs, maintenance, hygiene, safety, security, financial records and compliance with legal requirements.
