Customer Service Manager (RL12310) Scarborough, England

Salary: GBP21000 - GBP25000 per annum

An excellent opportunity to join a growing and customer focused business in the Scarborough area as a Client Experience manager.  As the Customer service and experience manager you will be responsible for driving and improving the business client experience by resolving complex issues and improving service levels. 

You will live and breathe excellent customer service and the client experience, with a passion for delivering outstanding service levels and reevaluating process.  Building strong internal relationships to engage colleagues to ensure all improvement ideas are implemented and project managed. 

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in customer service management , be process focused and resilient.  Have the ability to review process and improve and hold colleagues to account when change is required.  With excellent communication skills to be able to present improvement plans to the leadership team.

This is a new role to the business reporting into the Operations Manager and a great opportunity for the right person who has a passion for the Customer experience and creating raving fans.
