A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join and established and growing property specialist in the Scarborough town centre.
Working with a passionate and supportive team you will be involved in supporting customers find their dream property and providing an exceptional service throughout. This is a varied and fast paced role that offers the opportunity to be part of a trusted and respected business.
The role requires someone with a passion for the industry and people, being the first point of contact you will be the front line for the office, answering and taking incoming calls, coordinating viewings, valuations as required. Managing applications and interest , marketing and selling the property, negotiating and managing offers and sales across both parties. Managing the internal database and correspondence as required.
The right person for the role will be an excellent communicator with a passion for delivering results and customer service. You will be able to build good rapport with people quickly and effectively manage process. You will be driven to see new business as well as generate opportunities.
Excellent attention to detail will be essential for the role.
Hours are Monday- Friday plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.
