IT Technician & 1st line support

IT Technician & 1st line support (RL12205) Whitby, England

Salary: GBP20000 - GBP25000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a unique business as IT Technician and 1st line support.  The role will support the business to maintain in-house technology including laptops, mobile phones, tablets, desktop applications and connectivity devices. Ensuring optimal performance at all times.

As IT Technician you will be end user focused, an effective communicator with a proactive approach to problem solving. You will be able to troubleshoot problem areas offering support and guidance when needed.

You will have proven experience working in a similar level role and possess NVQ in ICT or equivalent. A Microsoft certification would be an advantage. Proven experience and working knowledge of Microsoft OS technologies such as windows 10, server 2012/16 Office 365 and active directory is essential, as well as experience with remote diagnostic tool and network protocols. 

This role will be working within a small team however, liaising with a wider team across the world on other projects.

Due to the location of this role own transport is essential
