Castle Business Support are looking for fluent Spanish speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a rapidly expanding global fashion company in the Scarborough area. The Customer Service Advisor is to respond to customer service enquiries providing excellent support and advise to our customers around the globe. The successful applicant for the Customer Service Advisor role will have a confident telephone manner and enjoy working as part of a team, fluent in English and preferably Spanish although other European languages would also be of use.
The Role:
- Responding to Customer Service Enquiries through a variety of mediums
- Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Ensuring customer service targets are met and exceeded
Essential Skills:
- Contact centre or customer service experience
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Able to work as part of a team and individually
- Confident in building a rapport over the telephone
- Accurate input of data within an internal CRM System
- General administrative duties including proficient telephone and email management and excellent written communication
