Internal Sales Executive
My client based in Reading who specialise in manufacturing of non-ferrous Metals are looking for Sales executives to join their sales department on a full-time permanent basis.
This position will involve outbound telephone prospecting to engineering companies, price negotiation with customers, processing sales orders as well as managing existing and new accounts.
The company is based on the outskirts of Reading so own transport is essential.
Salary & Benefits:
• £25,000 – 30,000per annum DOE
• Free parking
• Monday-Friday

Duties:
• Inbound customer telephone, fax and e-mail order taking
• Outbound telephone prospecting to engineering companies from lapsed list, key targets and self-generated target companies. This includes qualifying prospects and fact finding of spend and material used
• Price Negotiation with customers in line with company pricing policy
• Sales administration and order processing via customer/product management software
• Purchasing negotiation and order processing via customer relationship management system
• Daily communication with and progressive Customer Relationship Management of Small and Medium Sized accounts
• Internal liaison with office management and stock support function
• Attend meetings when required to aid performance of duties and support business/organisational development
