MSSI Infrastructure are building a pool of experienced Safety Critical Rail Staff ahead of upcoming long-term rail infrastructure works across the Southern Region.

We are looking to connect with reliable and experienced candidates in South London and the surrounding areas who are seeking consistent work throughout 2026 and beyond.

Roles Required

• Engineering Supervisor (ES)
• Controller of Site Safety (COSS)
• Protection Officer (PO)
• Level Crossing Attendant (LXA)
• Crane Controller (CC)
• Machine Controller (MC)
• ALO Coordinator
• NSCD
• Strapping Teams

Upcoming rail infrastructure works requiring experienced safety-critical personnel with a broad range of railway knowledge, skills and experience, who can work safely and effectively across a variety of site requirements.

Key Details

• Location: South London and surrounding areas
• Region: Southern Region
• Shifts: Midweek and weekend availability
• Contract: Ongoing, long-term opportunities. PAYE Direct or Umbrella PAYE

Requirements

• Valid PTS and relevant competency/certification
• Minimum 6 months' experience in safety-critical rail duties
• Strong understanding of railway safety procedures
• Own transport advantageous due to site accessibility
• Reliable and available for ongoing work
