About the Role

As the SAP SCM Solution Lead, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design and delivery of SAP Supply Chain solutions across large transformation programs.

You'll work closely with clients to understand business objectives, define future-state processes, and deliver scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions across the supply chain landscape. The role combines solution design, stakeholder management, delivery leadership, and team mentoring.

Duties

• Lead the design and delivery of SAP Supply Chain Management solutions across SAP S/4HANA programs
• Provide leadership across supply chain workstreams including procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfilment
• Facilitate workshops, business process design sessions, fit-gap analysis, and solution validation activities
• Drive solution governance, architecture discussions, and best-practice adoption
• Collaborate with program leadership, enterprise architects, integration teams, and technical specialists
• Oversee testing, data migration, cutover planning, and deployment activities
• Mentor and develop SAP consultants within the practice
• Support pre-sales activities, client presentations, solution shaping, and proposal development

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience delivering SAP Supply Chain solutions within consulting or large enterprise environments
• Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programs from design through to deployment
• Deep expertise across one or more SAP Supply Chain modules, including:
  • SAP SD
  • SAP MM
  • SAP PP
  • SAP EWM
  • SAP TM
  • SAP IBP
  • SAP Ariba
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and industry best practices
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing complex stakeholder environments
• Ability to influence senior executives and business leaders
• Experience delivering multiple client engagements within consulting environments
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and leadership skills
