Precision Sourcing are partnering with a global consultancy as they seek a ONB CERTIFIED SuccessFactors Consultant to work on an ONB 1.0 to 2.0 upgrade for a Federal Government client. 

The role:

As a ONB CERTIFIED SuccessFactors consultant, you will work on the design and delivery of a ONB 1.0 upgrade to 2.0 program for a client of a global consultancy who have been awarded by SAP themself for their implementation methodology.

Key responsibilities:

• In this client-facing role, you'll provide SAP SuccessFactors ONB subject matter expertise providing guidance for the development and implementation of solutions. 
• In addition to designing, managing and delivering E2E solutions, you will play an active role in managing stakeholders both internal and external
• Be part of an innovative team by identifying packaged solution opportunities and drive developing collateral for the practice

Key experience:

• At least 3 x full E2E SAP ONB SuccessFactors implementations
• ONB Certification ESSENTIAL
• A SuccessFactors SME with understanding of the latest updates and versions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a strong customer focus
• Self-starter, must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
• Possess NV1 or can obtain one
