About the role

As the SAP MDG Architect, you'll own the architecture and delivery of SAP Master Data Governance solutions from discovery through to deployment.

Working closely with business stakeholders, project teams and offshore delivery resources, you'll ensure solutions are scalable, practical and aligned with client objectives.

This is a hands-on architecture role where you'll guide technical direction while remaining actively involved throughout project delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the architecture, design and implementation of SAP MDG solutions
• Deliver E2E SAP MDG projects across multiple master data domains
• Design integrations between SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA and surrounding applications
• Define governance frameworks, data quality processes and master data standards
• Facilitate workshops and advise clients on best practice solutions
• Oversee data modelling, workflows, validation rules and replication processes
• Provide leadership to project teams, including coordinating offshore delivery
• Support testing, deployment and successful go-live activities

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone with deep SAP MDG knowledge who is confident leading technical conversations and building trusted relationships with clients.

You'll ideally have:

• Proven experience delivering SAP MDG projects in an architecture or lead consultant capacity
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance configuration
• Experience across Material, Customer, Supplier and/or Financial master data
• Expertise with BRF+, DRF, Key Mapping, validations, derivations and workflow design
• Experience integrating SAP MDG into SAP S/4HANA environments
• A solid SAP foundation, with exposure to technologies such as ABAP, BW or other SAP data solutions
• Excellent communication skills
• SAP MDG certification (highly regarded)
• Exposure to SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Datasphere or broader SAP Data & AI solutions will be advantageous
• Previous experience within logistics, supply chain or manufacturing environments is a bonus
