About the role:

You will act as the Lead Architect for SAP Datasphere within major SAP transformation programs, owning the end-to-end design, delivery, and governance of data solutions.

Working within a global Data & Analytics practice, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and offshore delivery centres to ensure successful project outcomes.

You’ll play a key role in shaping data strategy, aligning solutions to business needs, and ensuring seamless integration across SAP and cloud platforms.

Duties:

• Lead the design and delivery of SAP Datasphere solutions across implementation projects
• Design and manage ETL/ELT pipelines and SAP data integrations (ODP, Extractors, CDS Views)
• Integrate Datasphere with SAC and BW environments
• Run workshops, demos, and design reviews with stakeholders
• Lead offshore teams and support multi-country delivery models
• Provide expertise on SAP data migration and Business Data Cloud processes
• Ensure smooth transition to support and operational handover

Skill/experience:

• Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere
• Strong expertise in data modelling (relational, analytical, semantic) and ER modelling
• Experience with SAP Extractors, ODP, CDS Views, and data integration techniques
• Exposure to large SAP programs 
• Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern data engineering practices
