Job Description:
Our application is built with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flow, Apex, and other Salesforce development tools. You must have a strong familiarity with these technologies, and comfort level to configure the declarative customizations. Experience with implementing Salesforce is crucial for this role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Communicate solutions effectively and collaborate to achieve the best outcome.
Listen, document, and translate business requirements into solutions that best use the Client’s Solution and Salesforce platform
Lead design sessions: document solutions that are aligned with the end client's business aims.
Manage the delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Client’s implementation.
Coordinate custom solutions and interfaces using the Client’s app, Salesforce platform and other technologies as needed.
Manage technical scope and client expectations.
Requirements
5+ years direct experience with the Salesforce Platform
Experience with Salesforce Platform technologies, including LWC, Aura, Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, APIs
Hands on knowledge to build business processes using Salesforce Flows.
Test and QA changes to Salesforce in sandbox and production deployments
Salesforce Certifications (1+ required, Platform or Developer Certification preferred)
Understand and implement integration APIs to communicate with internal/external components.
Experience managing projects, timelines, people within a software or SaaS company.
Experience automating workflow.
Working knowledge of APIs (SOAP, REST)
