Trading for over 30 years within the reinforced concrete frame and groundworks sector, our client is leading name within this field, current turnover is £100m+. They currently complete packages ranging in value from £10m up to £100m on a mixture of residential and commercial projects throughout London and Home Counties.

Responsibilities:

·      Responsible for pre-tender and construction planning for a varied portfolio of construction projects

·      Developing and maintaining comprehensive construction schedules

·      Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the project team

·      Utilising industry-standard planning software to create and update project schedules [Asta Powerproject/ Microsoft Projects]

·      Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the highest quality standards

Requirements:

·      Previous experience in planning and pre-construction for groundworks and RC frame Contractor

·      Previous experience in an on-site role, such as Project Management or Contracts Management within a concrete frames and groundworks environment  

·      Experience in using Asta Powerproject

·      IT literacy / able to use Microsoft software 

·      Experience in digital presentations

·      The ability to communicate effectively and work on your own initiative

·      Decisive and reliable with excellent attention to detail

Remuneration:
