Are you a driven and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for the next step in your career? 

This is a standout opportunity to join a well-established Tier 1 groundworks and civil engineering contractor.  You will take ownership of major groundwork and civil engineering packages throughout the West Midlands. 

The Role:

• Oversee commercial management of multiple groundworks and civil engineering projects (typically £5m-£15m)
• Lead procurement, valuations, change control, CVRs, and final accounts
• Develop and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships
• Provide support and mentoring to junior QS staff
• Work closely with Senior Leadership Team / Board

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 -10 years experience in quantity surveying, ideally in groundworks or civil engineering
• Excellent commercial acumen with strong contractual knowledge
• Capable of managing projects independently from start to finish
• Forward-thinking and eager to take on leadership responsibility
• Degree/HND in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Tier 1 or principal contractor experience
