The project planning is a very important and critical part to plan and organize the installation of Smartbow in different countries globally with different time zones.

The Smartbow technical “Project Management & Planning” employee is responsible to get an already sold projects installed at a farm. This includes organizing and verifying requested documents according a defined process, the technical planning of the system by making a project, wiring and installation plan together with local representatives. These plannings define the quantity structure of material for each project and defines the basis for packaging and logistics. The employee needs to organize that the equipment will be sent to the required location in time, and he has to ensure that all depending on task are done in time in order to prevent a delay. After the installation and setup process the project will be handed over to the customer service department.

OSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

-) Organization of inquiries, tasks, resources and milestones.

-) Ensuring the local legal and technical requirements and standards

-) Ensuring the contractual completion of the projects.

-) Communication with other departments (purchasing, production, development department, logistic…).

-) Gathering project related information from customers, resellers, installation partner and local country representative.

-) Organizing and execution of project time- and technical planning, cabling and installation drawings adapted on local circumstances and regulations.

-) Planing of the installation schedule together with the customer, resellers and the installation team.

-) Preparation and monitoring of project progress planning and documentation.

-) Close cooperation with the support and the installation team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

-) Completed technical school education. (higher technical / electrical college, HTL)

-) Completed traineeship in electrical engineering or mechatronics.

-) Several years of experience in technical project planning.

-) Strong communication skills, independent way of working competence.

-) Knowledge in electrical engineering and network technology.

-) Knowledge with construction software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

-) ERP (BMD, SAP) and MS Office Know-How.
