Tenant Relations Officer

Tenant Relations Officer (PR-1229520) Leeds, England

Salary: GBP22000 - GBP32000 per annum

Responsibilities: As a Tenant Relations Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring positive interactions between our construction projects and residents. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with project managers, site teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication with residents.
  • Conducting regular site visits to engage with tenants, address queries, and provide updates on construction progress.
  • Organising and participating in community events to foster a sense of belonging and enhance community relations.
  • Managing and resolving tenant complaints, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinating with property management teams to ensure smooth handovers and transition of residents into completed units.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in tenant relations, property management, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the residential construction sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Understanding of residential construction processes and awareness of tenant rights and responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
