Dayforce SME

Full time FTC (intially until Dec 2026) - Option to convert to Perm Thereafter

$145k-circa $160k plus super

Precision Sourcing are currently working closely with a Melbourne based organisation who are looking for a Dayforce SME to join them as they begin their journey of implementing Dayforce by December 2026.

The right candidate will work directly for an end client and will have the following..

- Have the ability to articulate system capabilities: Must clearly explain what Dayforce can and cannot do, and translate this into plain language for project and training teams.  

- Complex workforce experience: Must have dealt with large workforces (2,000+ employees) and complex employment conditions (EBAs, awards, frontline environments).

- Implementation exposure: Ideally direct Dayforce implementation experience, with strong preference for workforce management and payroll modules but further modules would be advantageous.

The role will require 1 x day in the office (Melbourne CBD)
