Dayforce Consultant | 4 month initial day rate contract | Immediate start

We’re looking for an experienced Dayforce Consultant to join a business that has recently gone live with Phase 1 across WFM, Payroll and HR, and is now moving into the next stage.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be supporting and improving the existing Dayforce setup, while helping the business become less reliant on external vendors.

What you’ll be doing - non negotuable experience required in..

• Making configuration changes in Dayforce

• Supporting day-to-day system admin

• Working across payroll, WFM and pay policies

• Troubleshooting issues and improving how the system is used

• Acting as the go-to person for Dayforce internally

• Working closely with teams across different locations

• Helping upskill the internal team and build their confidence with the system

The environment

• Complex payroll setup with multiple EBAs

• Teams based across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane

• Currently relying on external partners for changes, which is slowing things down (hence need for the role)

What they’re looking for

• Strong Dayforce experience, particularly configuration

• Good understanding of payroll and WFM

• Experience with pay policies

• Someone who is hands-on and comfortable working on the client side

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach

• Someone who enjoys sharing knowledge and helping teams improve
