UKG Business Analyst | 6 Month Contract

UKG Central -  UKG Pro WFM Migration
ASAP Start | Remote or Hybrid | Australian-Based Candidates Only

We're looking for an experienced UKG Business Analyst to join a critical UKG Central to UKG Pro WFM migration for a small but complex organisation.

This is a fast-paced project with aggressive delivery timelines, so we're looking for someone who has done this migration before and can add value immediately.

What You'll Do

• Gather business requirements from Payroll and WFM SMEs
• Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders
• Document current and future state processes
• Lead process mapping and operational process design
• Support the successful delivery of the UKG Central to Pro migration

What We're Looking For

• Previous UKG Central to UKG Pro migration experience (essential)
• Strong Business Analyst background
• Payroll and Workforce Management (WFM) experience
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Strong process mapping and documentation experience
• Able to work independently in a fast-moving project

What's on Offer

• 6-month contract, extensions thereafter
• ASAP start
• Interviews commencing week beginning 29th June
• Available to start within 1-2 weeks is essential
• Fully remote anywhere in Australia, or hybrid if preferred
• Australian-based candidates only
