Experienced Groundworker – Dumper & Slinger/Signaller Required

We are currently looking for an experienced Groundworker with Dumper and Slinger/Signaller tickets to join a project at a Wastewater Treatment Plant.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and reliable Groundworker to work on a major civil engineering project.

Duties

Working as part of the site team, you will be involved in a range of civil engineering and groundworks activities, including:

• General groundworks and civil engineering duties

• Operating a forward-tipping dumper

• Slinger/Signaller duties

• Supporting lifting operations and site teams

• Working safely around plant, machinery and ongoing construction activities

• General site duties as required

Requirements

Essential:

• CPCS or CSCS-accredited NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper ticket

• CPCS or CSCS-accredited NPORS Slinger/Signaller ticket

• Proven experience as a Groundworker on civil engineering projects

• Two valid, recent work references

• Willingness to undertake a drug and alcohol test on the first day on site

Desirable:

• SEQOSH Medical

• Previous experience working on wastewater treatment plants or similar infrastructure projects

Site PPE – Mandatory

• Hard Hat

• Steel Toe Cap Boots (Rigger boots are not permitted)

• Orange Hi-Vis Vest or Jacket

• Orange Hi-Vis Trousers
