We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead and expand our HVAC sales division. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining sales strategy, managing key customer relationships, leading a national/regional sales team, and driving sustainable revenue growth across our HVAC product and service lines.
Primary Role: Lead and coordinate sales strategy and execution across both the ‘Commercial/Industrial’ and ‘Residential’ sectors, ensuring alignment with company growth targets and customer needs. Deliver corporate goals (top line turnover, gross margin, EBITDA, etc.) as set out in the annual budget and business plan.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within the HVAC, building materials, or construction sectors, combined with strong leadership and commercial acumen.
Key Skills:
Sector-specific sales strategy development
CRM and pipeline management

Negotiation and relationship-building
Deep understanding of HVAC or heating systems market
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (required).
MBA or equivalent qualification (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 5–10 years of sales experience, with at least 2–5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
Proven success in HVAC, mechanical services, building materials, or construction-related industries.
Experience managing large sales teams and multi-million-Euro revenue portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Oversight
Develop and execute differentiated sales strategies for the Commercial/Industrial and Residential markets.
Set departmental KPIs and sales targets aligned with the company's revenue and growth objectives.
Work closely with the Managing Director to align sales goals with overall business strategy.
2. Commercial/Industrial Sales
Oversee B2B sales activities targeting consultants, M&E contractors, developers, and institutional clients.
Support solution-based selling for complex or large-scale heating and ventilation systems.
Ensure technical and commercial proposals are tailored to the specific needs of industrial and commercial clients.
Build strategic partnerships with key accounts and industry stakeholders.
3. Residential Sales
Oversee the sales strategy for individual homeowners, self-builders, and residential developers.
Ensure a customer-centric sales process, with strong emphasis on guidance, design support, and after-sales care.
Optimize lead conversion from online, retail, and installer networks.
Drive initiatives to improve customer experience, education, and retention in the residential space.
4. Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and support the Commercial Sales Team, Residential Sales Team, and the Marketing Team.
Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and team development.
Facilitate collaboration between sales and other departments (technical, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth project delivery.
5. Market Insight & Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in heating systems.
Provide regular sales performance updates through weekly and monthly reports, and forecasts to the Managing Director and Finance Manager.
Recommend new product offerings or sales channels based on market feedback.
Develop and implement sales strategies targeting installers, consultants, and developers.
Manage the sales team and oversee key account relationships.
Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads and brand visibility.
Identify market trends and customer needs for new products or services.
Develop and propose pricing strategies in line with market positioning and margin requirements.
