Recruitment Officer – Nottinghamshire - £30-£31K - Permanent
Macildowie is delighted to be working with a well-established and growing organisation in Nottinghamshire to recruit a Recruitment Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to join a dynamic People & Culture team.
The Role
As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Placing adverts and monitoring applicants
- Supporting hiring managers with job descriptions and interview processes
- Organising interview and assessment campaigns
- Overseeing and managing pre-employment checks, ensuring compliance with employment Guidelines
- Liaising with recruitment partners and attending recruitment events
- Managing onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new starters
- Providing generalist HR administration support as part of a busy People team
About You
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
- Experience in recruitment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- CIPD qualification or working towards (desirable)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
