Job Title: Retail Assistant

Location: Doncaster, Lakeside Village Outlet Shopping Centre

Salary: £12.71 ph (paid weekly)

Contract:  Full time, Temporary role

Hours:  9:30am to 6pm, 5 days out of 7 days.

Are you friendly, customer-focused and passionate about retail?  Our client is looking for a proactive Retail Assistant to join a brand-new store at Lakeside Village Outlet Shopping Centre. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and thrives in a busy store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, welcoming service to all customers.
• Assist customers with product queries.
• Operate the till accurately, handling cash and card transactions.
• Replenish stock on the shop floor, ensuring shelves and displays are well presented.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and store presentation at all times.
• Support with deliveries, stock rotation and back-of-house tasks.
• Work as part of a team to meet store targets and KPIs.

About You:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
• Confident, approachable and professional manner.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
