GI Group are seeking an experienced decorator to maintain a vibrant, on‑brand campuses for our Public Sector client in Rotherham.

We need a skilled, hands‑on decorator who delivers flawless finishes, works safely at height, and keeps our campuses well maintained.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and finish surfaces: cleaning, sanding, filling, stripping, painting, spraying, varnishing and staining.
• Install internal and external vinyl coverings and perform mastic/sealing in wet areas.
• Plan and manage a rolling decorating schedule across sites.
• Coordinate with Marketing on colours and finishes to protect the College brand.
• Complete planned maintenance and reactive repairs; assist with site setups and furniture moves.
• Follow COSHH and safe working‑at‑height procedures.

You’ll have:

• Experience in painting & decorating, ideally within a commercial setting.
• Level 2 (or equivalent) in English and Maths, or willingness to undertake.
• Ideally qualified (industry certification) with proven success in practical work.
• Ability to travel between sites and work occasional evenings/weekends.
