Digital Marketer

Digital Marketer (NLD DM) Capelle aan den IJssel, Netherlands

Zoetis is currently looking for a Digital Marketer based in our office in Zaventem (BE) or Capelle aan den IJssel (NL).

The Digital Marketer Benelux is a hands-on, data-driven professional who brings digital campaigns to life across the Benelux region. With a strong focus on execution, this role is responsible for delivering high-impact marketing initiatives, optimizing customer journeys, and leveraging marketing automation to drive engagement and results.

They manage end-to-end campaign delivery—from planning and asset creation to execution, tracking, and reporting—ensuring every campaign is delivered on time, on target, and with measurable impact. The Digital Marketer uses insights and performance data to continuously improve digital activities and support the commercial team with effective tools and content.

With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for digital marketing, they contribute directly to customer engagement, brand visibility, and business growth.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data-driven marketer, driving digital marketing campaigns & marketing automation initiatives
  • Extensive experience with paid marketing & marketing automation tools
  • Comfortable in a data driven environment, analyzing the impact of marketing efforts and translating these learnings into action points for further digital initiatives
  • Executes brand’s online strategies & marketing plans, including paid media, media creation & cost management
  • Develops metrics and insights based on channel performance (result / investment)
  • Coordinates across Business Units and workstreams to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness
  • Collaborates, develops and shares insights and best practices in channel execution across markets
  • Ensures deployment and adoption of digital tools and automation systems within the organization
  • Develops training / education materials to help drive digital transformation / change management
  • Responsible for digital channel effectiveness and analytics
  • Languages: both Dutch written and spoken & English are required, FR is a strong asset

ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Internal:

  • Reports to Digital Channel Lead Benelux, Nordics, Ireland
  • Close working relationship with International Centre of Excellence organisation
  • Close working relationship with Sales and Marketing BU colleagues, particularly Marketing Managers.
  • Partnership with colleagues in Data & Analytics team
  • Actively participates in continuous improvement in this area

External:

  • Stays close to the customers (both direct and indirect) reality and responds to opportunities in the market place

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Higher education in the marketing or digital field
  • 3 years of experience with digital marketing and marketing automation tools
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM
  • Languages: both Dutch & English are required, FR is a strong asset

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Feels at ease in tools & systems, but also knows the processes behind.
  • Is familiar with marketing automation software, CRM and CMS systems

 PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Location is based in Capelle ad IJssel or Zaventem
  • Travel requirement: regular within the Benelux region
