We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Project Lead for one of our clients with the following details: 

Start date: 01-JUL-2025 

End Date: 31-DEC-2025

Location: Doha, Qatar

Work status: Residential, Single

ACTIVITIES

Key activities for the SAP SuccessFactors Project Lead include, but is not limited to;

  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders clearly and timely.
  • Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure the design and configuration meet business requirements.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to stabilize and improve our processes and solutions.
  • Manage dependencies with other in-flight initiatives.
  • Coordinate activities to ensure a smooth transition between our Application Managed Service teams.
  • Design and carry out the change management plan and activities to foster adoption.
  • Set up structure and establish a governance framework to support the operations,
  • Plan regular activities and interactions to facilitate and mature the operating rhythm
  • Encourage collaboration between departments and teams to ensure the solution meets the needs of the entire organization.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3 years) as a project manager, leading business transformation project is a plus.
  • Ability to syndicate stakeholders around digital issues
  • Broad understanding of HR, Finance, IT processes, related concepts, and techniques.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with HR solution or transformation program
  • Ability to document requirements in 'unambiguous' manner
  • Experience in Change Management role (influencing and embedding change)
  • Project management skills (Agile, Traditional)
  • Fluent English both spoken and written
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
