We are looking for a Learning & Developmemt Officer for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Doha
Work status: Resident, Single
ACTIVITIES
- Coordinate enrollment of Developees to the National Development Program, assist with communication to Developees cohorts and any milestone program reviews
- Coordinate availability of the assessment panels members for Developees milestone assessments and track any agreed plans for execution through the Training Plans and Personal Development Plans, monitor job are taking place as planned
- Administrator support on national training records and competence assessments in the LMSes: I-Excel, MyPath, Developees portal (Canvas). Enable accurate reporting on completed training events for nationals
- Support with the training delivery – ensuring logistics in place, for online, virtual, face-to-face training events
- Support with conducting and analysing training evaluations to measure training effectiveness and efficiency of the design and content and delivery, as well as extent to which it meets training objectives
- Support with any networking events, internally and externally, exposure of young and experienced national talent to the departments
- Support for National talent with structured analysis of competence profiles, training needs analysis, proposals to close identified gaps in near-term and longer-term plans, review of the Training Plans and monitoring timely execution of development plans
- Guide national talent on L&D resources and interventions to support personnel and team professional and personal development thru available sources (LMS: I-Excel, My Path, other National development resources)
- Analyze audience feedback on Training effectiveness to pursue continuous improvements in training design and delivery and implement any improvements, with Lead, National Development.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Business Administration preferably with a Major in Human Resources Management
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years experience in Human Resources or Learning & Development function
- Proficient with learning platforms and LMSes, as well as MS Office applications and virtual platforms (TEAMS, ZOOM, Skype)
- Customer focus, communication, planning and organization skills
- Data analysis skills and attention to detail
