About the Role:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all marketing projects and activities in Thailand. This role involves collaborating with various departments to develop strategies and tactics that enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement in the competitive financial services landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute offline events such as conferences, trade shows, and seminars to enhance brand presence and engage with customers.
  • Manage all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor negotiations, logistics, and on-site coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of offline events with digital marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging marketing materials and collateral for both digital and offline channels.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and offline events, using data analytics tools to track key metrics and optimize strategies.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support digital marketing campaigns and offline events.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into our marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and event management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Profound knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Proven experience in organizing and managing offline events like conferences and seminars.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Fluency in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in Forex industry preferred
