Compliance Consultant - Part Time (BBBH263) Sydney CBD, Sydney, Australia
A Growing Organisation in the Wealth and Funds Services Sector requires an experienced Compliance Consultant on a Part Time basis.
Duties include:-
- A supportive Compliance professional to advise the Commercial teams on the current regulatory landscape
- Supervision and inspection of service providers (including vendors, stakeholders and fund managers)
- Review and approval of fund manager investor & marketing communications (written, audio or video)
- Creating product disclosure statements while also participating and co-ordination of PDS due diligence committees
- Assistance with compliance plan audit and preparation
- Preparing policies, implementing policies (eg. Risk Management Framework)
- Maintain and update policies and compliance manuals according to changes in regulations, products or business lines
Ideal Candidate:-
- Background in Compliance, Legal or Product Management/Development
- Knowledge of the Responsible Entity function
- Some understanding of risk management and liquidity management
- Ability to work in a small, entrepreneurial environment – must be self-sufficient
- Excellent Communication and People Skills essential
