An Exclusive Fund Manager with a unique suite of investment products requires a Senior Analyst/SME in the Trade Support & Middle Office environment.

The Role:-

• Collaborating with the Management & C Level Executives to maximises efficiency of Trade Operations with existing service providers and periodic review of supplier arrangements and performance
• Develop and nurture key strategic relations with the vendors and key stakeholders across the operations
• Working within the Trade Support Middle Office team to understand the functions relating to trade activity, security data quality assurance, corporate actions, payment instructions and cash management, settlement queries
• Oversight of the Trade Life cycle through to settlement for a range of Investment Products and Funds
• Knowledge and/or experience of the Unit Pricing / Fund Accounting functions
• Ability to engage with Stakeholders across all levels of the organisation and with external parties
• Obtain and analyse KPI data from various platforms. Create Performance metrics for reporting to senior management on the efficiency of the Vendor Input and Relations
• Participate in optimising Operational efficiency and capability through  review of technology and process

The Candidate:-

• Degree qualified with minimum 4 years experience in a Middle Office / Trade Support / Vendor Management environment across Investments, Funds Management or Custody ( FX, Equities, Treasury, Derivs, Hedge Funds )
• Thorough understanding of the Trade Life Cycle and exchange regulations/compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good understanding of global investments platforms , markets and products
• Proven Client Service and Relationship Management ability
• Good Excel skills welcome along with OMGEO, Aladdin or Charles River
• Flexible attitude with ability to adapt in a Fast Moving & Agile working environment
