Middle Office /Client Onboarding / Derivatives - Senior Analyst (BBBH255) Sydney CBD, Sydney, Australia
A Prestigious Fund Manager requires a Senior Analyst skilled in Middle Office/Trade Support sector with Client On-Boarding & Derivative experience.
Duties:-
- Management of the Trade Life cycle through to settlement for a range of Investment Products and Funds with a key focus on Derivatives ( TRS, CDS )
- Building solid relationships with client teams including front office, performance & risk, and compliance teams
- Liaising with custodians on any issues with regard to investment portfolios and SLAs
- Collaborating with International Sales Teams and Front office to ensure seamless Client On-Boarding and Fund Set-Up including Modelling, Fee Structures , AML/KYC and Investment Strategy
- Oversight of some Fund Accounting and Unit Pricing reports provided by Funds Services stakeholders
- Continious O[erational Improvement, Change management and projects with Front Office and Middle Office collaborating closely
- Maintaining and developing Risk & Compliance Framework while working towards Target Operating Model
The Candidate:-
- Degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years experience in a Middle Office/Trade Support environment with exposure to Client Onboarding , Fund Operations and exotic Derivatives
- Strong Systems and Technical Ability required to optimise the Functionality of the Trade Order Management System
- Skills welcome include Advanced Excel, VBA, Calypso, OMGEO, Eze Softwate, Python, R
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong understanding of global investments markets and products
- Ability to engage with Senior Stakeholders including the Front Office and C Level executives
