Email Marketing Specialist

Overview: The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on email strategy. This role requires a creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a proven track record of managing marketing automation platforms, optimizing campaign performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital advertising, content marketing, and social media.
• Write, design, and optimize email campaigns, including long-form and short-form content, layout, and calls to action.
• Manage Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), including templates, contact segmentation, landing pages, and user administration.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement.
• Ensure timely deployment of campaigns in alignment with the marketing calendar and strategic goals.
• Utilize marketing tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and ReachDesk to support lead generation and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging and campaign objectives.
• Provide support for broader marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in email marketing or digital campaign management.
• Demonstrated success in executing and optimizing email campaigns.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on clarity and audience engagement.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
