About the opportunity
The Quality Assurance Associate will support the QA team with batch release, complaints and change controls This is a 6-month contract role to ensure daily operations continue as usual. This is a commercial quality role not a manufacturing quality role.
Duties
- Perform the release for supply function
- Ensure change controls and deviations are performed according to TGA and corporate requirements
- Ensure customer complaint investigations are performed and reported
- Preparation and approval of product profiles
- Assist in product recalls if/when required
- Assist with document management and compliance where required
Skills and Experience
- University degree in Sciences (Chemistry or Life Sciences)
- 3+ years’ experience in QA role within pharmaceutical industry
- Must have experience in commercial quality role, rather than manufacturing quality
- SAP and Trackwise experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders
- Ability to work to strict timelines in fast paced environment
